Approval of Meeting Minutes: Board Meeting March 1st, 2022
Clarification on minutes regarding a board member speaking with Chuck Zwick
A motion was made by the president to approve the March 2022 meeting minutes (with changes as noted above), all board members present approved.
Homeowners Concerns:

BOARD OFFICERS/COMMITTEE REPORTS
President: Neil Gavrich
- Flashing stop sign update
- Going to make some flyers and/or write letters to inform neighbors around the stop signs of the proposal
- County wants to make sure they have homeowner buy in before installing and fielding complaints of flashing lights.
- Going to make some flyers and/or write letters to inform neighbors around the stop signs of the proposal
- Block party planning
- Homeowners who helped plan in years past are not available to support. Looking for homeowner support. To be put in newsletter and on FB page
- Barking dog complaints on 100th Dr
- Neil to follow up with homeowner
Vice President: Khristina Powell
- Update regarding welcome committee
- Only 1 new homeowner in past 30 days
- Discussion about newsletter items
- Natural playground area in wood behind King Way
- Yard waste bins – push to weekend after Mother’s Day
Treasurer: John Chapman
- Proposed budget of $110 annual dues, based on financials and the approved reserve study
- Working on getting some asphalt repair quotes
- Last quotes were rather significant to repair whole paths, but spot repairs were ~60% of cost of full path repave
- Motion to approve the budget with $110 dues for 2022
- All board members present approved
Secretary: Josh Gavrich

Architectural: Kevin
- Tree removals approved recently due to damage from storm
Covenants: Mike Brumbach
- Letters written in the past month
- 10807 SE Stacy Ct – rubbish in driveway
- 10749 SE 99th – yard debris on common path
- Car reported on 94th for “a long time”
- Josh went by prior to meeting, no cars parked in street so it’s a non-issue
- 10437 99th requesting to have a POD at their property for “a while” for remodel materials
- Board needs to know the length of time in place before approving
Environmental: Dave Nachand
- Will send out list of yard bin locations
- Normally set during weekend of Mother’s Day, but pushing to the weekend after

Next Regular Board Meeting: May 3rd, 2022 7:00PM, likely to be held virtually due to Covid-19 restrictions at normal meeting location. Normal meetings at the Fire Station to be conducted the first Tuesday of the month that follows, except in August and December when there will be no meeting.
