Call to Order:  7:05pm by President, Neil Gavrich
 
Approval of Meeting Minutes: Board Meeting June 7th, 2022
A motion was made by the president to approve the June 2022 meeting minutes, all board members present approved.

BOARD OFFICERS/COMMITTEE REPORTS
 
President: Neil Gavrich

• Some real estate inquiries about the HOA, the website resource has helped to field some questions quickly.

 
Vice President: Khristina Powell

• Asked about block party planning. Do we have anyone working on it or official dates?
  • To be posted on the website and facebook to see if there are people who want to help plan
• Asked about new homeowners in the past 2 months and have we done the welcome packages
  • Chapman to follow up on recent purchases with Anjuli

 
Treasurer: John Chapman

• Roughly 67% percent of homeowners have paid dues
• Noticed house on King that has a significant issue with yard maintenance and has already informed property management company
• Noticed that 93rd Ct path has a lot of moss on it and will address
• Will address the path behind houses on 99th / Stevens that is not being mowed by landscaping company
• Will be looking into landscaping cleanup for the house on 98th Ct that the homeowner does not address. Will back bill homeowner as we have in the past.

 
Secretary: Josh Gavrich

Architectural:  Kevin

• Tree removal in green space needs to be done (damaged tree is tied up to another)
  • Crew coming within a few days of the meeting to address
• Architectural requests; House on Stevens and 95th, house painting and tree removal

 
Covenants:  Mike Brumbach

• Not present

 
Safety: Steve Schroeder

• Some resolution on the speed on Stevens; county changed signs for curve speed from 35 down to 20 MPH
• Concerns about how much work there is to do for environmental
  • Recommend reaching out via website and emails from survey to get help with cleaning up green spaces

Next Regular Board Meeting:  Aug 2nd, 2022 7:00PM, likely to be held virtually due to Covid-19 restrictions at normal meeting location. Normal meetings at the Fire Station to be conducted the first Tuesday of the month that follows, except in August and December when there will be no meeting.
