Approval of Meeting Minutes: Board Meeting July 5th, 2022
Meeting minutes of July meeting not voted on. Board members present had not read minutes prior to meeting.

BOARD OFFICERS/COMMITTEE REPORTS
President: Neil Gavrich
- Not present
Vice President: Khristina Powell
- Need for new officers – some have terms expiring soon
- 3 officers expiring, will send out list to board prior to next meeting to discuss for Oct and Nov meetings
- John to look for article he wrote a number of years ago about needing new officers and potentially hiring an outside agency to manage the HOA
- Annual meeting for HOA
- To be held in November, looking for venues for in person [must be in Clack Co according to the bylaws]
- Eagle landing
- Clarion hotel – closed until further notice

Treasurer: John Chapman
- 1 new homeowner since last meeting
- Paid bill for spring yard waste bins
- 83% of homeowner dues paid
- 3 households >$500 in dues
- 2 of 3 have made some payment to the treasurer
- 3 households >$500 in dues
- Paid bill for PO box and the HOA corp registration

- Nothing to report
Architectural: Kevin
- Trailer on King way that was reported
- Homeowner performing maintenance on trailer and did not think they would have it in the area long
- Will be moving by the end of the week
- How long seems reasonable for having a trailer on the street?
- 1-2 weeks were deemed reasonable time frames, so long as the board is notified ahead of time [a few days to prep for a trip, a few days to clean after]
- Homeowner on 95th with tree issues
- Some trees impinging on sewer line and needed to be removed [noted during home inspection]
- Arborist evaluated and then trimming done by another company
- Trimming was done heavily and neighbor complained
- More trees to be removed, but discussing replanting of other trees in their place.

Next Regular Board Meeting: October 4th, 2022 7:00PM, likely to be held virtually due to Covid-19 restrictions at normal meeting location. Normal meetings at the Fire Station to be conducted the first Tuesday of the month that follows, except in August and December when there will be no meeting.
