Meeting Minutes – 2.2.2021

Approval of Meeting Minutes: Board Meeting January 5th, 2021
A motion was made by Neil Gavrich to approve the January 2021 meeting minutes, with previous corrections [via email], all board members present approved.
Homeowners Concerns:
No homeowners concerns
Dave Gilman spoke about Sunnyside CPO [updates]:
- Clackamas Regional Mobility Project – to be completed by Fall 2021
- Clackamas police report outs
- North Clackamas Parks and Rec – Looking for board members for our area soon
BOARD OFFICERS/COMMITTEE REPORTS
President: Neil Gavrich
- Political signs in the neighborhood all seem to have been removed.
- Burned out lights on paths – follow up regarding light #20 and #13
- Josh to work with Stoner, awaiting supply of lights and Stoner to inspect with manufacturer.
- Tree cutting on 99th (reported just before meeting)
- John to follow up regarding arborist report for removal – not previously sent as they had agreed to.
Vice President: Khristina Powell
- Newsletter reminder as it is coming up soon
- Looking for quick bio of the board members so people can get to know them better, build community more.
- New signs for HOA
- Meeting signs and holiday sign
- Khristina to get a quote from Fast Signs (to include the upgraded stakes)

Treasurer: John Chapman
- John noted that there has not been a bill from Waste Management for the fall debris dumpsters. He will be following up to make sure we are not delinquent and have no issue getting dumpsters in the spring.
Secretary: Josh Gavrich
- Nothing to report (based on time)
Architectural: Greg and Kevin
- Kevin looked into trees around the green spaces that should be removed (close to a neighboring house). He also noted one tree touching a power line during his walkthrough.
- John C to follow up with contact about the tree removal.
Safety: Steve Schroeder

Covenants: Mike Brumbach
- Mike to get a quote for producing new entrance signs for the HOA. Despite recently being painted, they are 40+ years old and are needing more work.
Adjournment: Meeting adjourned by Neil Gavrich with consent of all present at 7:40pm (meeting short due to virtual meeting time limitation)
Next Regular Board Meeting: March 2nd, 2021 7:00PM, likely to be held virtually due to Covid-19. Normal meetings at the Fire Station to be conducted the first Tuesday of the month that follows, except in August and December when there will be no meeting.
