Meeting Minutes – 1.5.2021

Board Members Present:  Neil Gavrich, Steve Schroeder, Josh Gavrich, Jonathan Chapman, David Nachand, Khristina Powell, Mike Brumbach, Greg Giuliano, Kevin Quick

Board Members Absent:  Thomas Spathas

Homeowners Present: None

Guests: None

Call to Order:  7:00pm by President, Neil Gavrich

Approval of Meeting Minutes: Board Meeting Nov 3rd, 2020
A motion was made by Neil Gavrich to approve the November 2020 meeting minutes, with previous corrections [via email], all board members present approved.

Homeowners Concerns: No homeowners present

BOARD OFFICERS/COMMITTEE REPORTS

President: Neil Gavrich

• Wrecked car in driveway on Derek Ct, follow up from previous meetings. Car removed shortly after letter to owners.
• Fence erected on 99th and King
• Dennis was going to look into and approve prior to finishing his tenure. Fence appears to be in compliance so we will assume Dennis approved design
• Burned out lights on paths – see comments under Safety
• Tree cutting on 99th (reported just before meeting). John going to follow up tomorrow

 
Vice President: Khristina Powell

• Holiday lights contest. Gift cards purchased and delivered. Signs posted at households
• Neil mentioned that we should look at getting new signs for next year based on wear

 
Treasurer: John Chapman

• Noted a semi truck being parked on 100th, has been removed, but potential future concern based on street being blocked

 
Secretary: Josh Gavrich

• Nothing to report (based on time for elections and board positions)

 
Architectural: Position open

• Nothing to report (based on time for elections and board positions)

 
Safety:  Steve Schroeder

• Some lights replaced that were flashing, light #11 and #12. But now light #9 and #17 are flashing. Josh to follow up with Stoner Electric.

 
Covenants: Mike Brumbach (filling in)

• Nothing to report (based on time for elections and board positions)

 
Board Assignments

• New board members from last meeting; Kevin Quick and Greg Giuliano
• Officers positions need to be renewed, need to fill Architectural and Covenants position
• Current president nominated officers in the following positions:

                President – Neil Gavrich
                Vice President – Khristina Powell
                Treasurer – John Chapman
                Secretary – Josh Gavrich

• All nominations seconded. All members present voted in favor.
• Architectural position nominated to be filled by Kevin and Greg. Nomination seconded; all members present voted in favor.
• Covenants position nominated to be filled by Mike. Nomination seconded; all members present voted in favor.

                               
Adjournment: Meeting adjourned by Neil Gavrich with consent of all present at 7:40pm (meeting short due to virtual meeting time limitation)
 
Next Regular Board Meeting:  February 2nd, 2021 7:00PM, likely to be held virtually due to Covid-19. Normal meetings at the Fire Station to be conducted the first Tuesday of the month that follows, except in August and December when there will be no meeting.
