A motion was made by Neil Gavrich to approve the November 2020 meeting minutes, with previous corrections [via email], all board members present approved.
Homeowners Concerns: No homeowners present

Next Regular Board Meeting: February 2nd, 2021 7:00PM, likely to be held virtually due to Covid-19. Normal meetings at the Fire Station to be conducted the first Tuesday of the month that follows, except in August and December when there will be no meeting.

BOARD OFFICERS/COMMITTEE REPORTS
President: Neil Gavrich
- Wrecked car in driveway on Derek Ct, follow up from previous meetings. Car removed shortly after letter to owners.
- Fence erected on 99th and King
- Dennis was going to look into and approve prior to finishing his tenure. Fence appears to be in compliance so we will assume Dennis approved design
- Burned out lights on paths – see comments under Safety
- Tree cutting on 99th (reported just before meeting). John going to follow up tomorrow
Vice President: Khristina Powell
- Holiday lights contest. Gift cards purchased and delivered. Signs posted at households
- Neil mentioned that we should look at getting new signs for next year based on wear
Treasurer: John Chapman
- Noted a semi truck being parked on 100th, has been removed, but potential future concern based on street being blocked
Secretary: Josh Gavrich
- Nothing to report (based on time for elections and board positions)
Architectural: Position open
- Nothing to report (based on time for elections and board positions)
Safety: Steve Schroeder
- Some lights replaced that were flashing, light #11 and #12. But now light #9 and #17 are flashing. Josh to follow up with Stoner Electric.
Covenants: Mike Brumbach (filling in)
- Nothing to report (based on time for elections and board positions)
Board Assignments
- New board members from last meeting; Kevin Quick and Greg Giuliano
- Officers positions need to be renewed, need to fill Architectural and Covenants position

- All nominations seconded. All members present voted in favor.
- Architectural position nominated to be filled by Kevin and Greg. Nomination seconded; all members present voted in favor.
