Meeting Minutes – 5.3.2022

Call to Order: 7:05pm by President, Neil Gavrich
Approval of Meeting Minutes: Board Meeting April 5th, 2022
A motion was made by the president to approve the April 2022 meeting minutes, all board members present approved.
Homeowners Concerns:
- Kyle – Just checking in with the HOA board
- Dave B – Noted that the march minutes had not been posted yet
- Josh to follow up with Thomas when posting up the April minutes
BOARD OFFICERS/COMMITTEE REPORTS
President: Neil Gavrich
- Dues letters
- Neil to follow up with John to check progress on the letters
- Flashing stop sign update
- Going to make some flyers and/or write letters to inform neighbors around the stop signs of the proposal
Vice President: Khristina Powell
- Issues with vehicles on the road [stop sign runners, speeding in school zones]
- Discussion about submitting info online to sheriffs department (mention in the newsletter and online [website/FB])
Treasurer: John Chapman
- Not present
Secretary: Josh Gavrich
- No report this meeting
Architectural: Kevin
- Tree removals approved recently due to damage from storm
- House with three cherry trees that have health issues
- Tree removed by the county on King way (came down during storm, blocking road)
Covenants: Mike Brumbach
- Complaints on 93rd Ct regarding parking issue
- Truck parked on street and limits view when approaching top of Ct.
- Vehicle moves throughout day (not abandoned) so HOA cannot enforce through any rules
- Complaint on 93rd Ct regarding front / back yard debris
- Will investigate further
Safety: Steve Schroeder
- Discussion about easement issues west of Stevens Way (area was pretty torn up by a homeowner using heavy equipment)
- Some neighbors frustrated by the inconsiderate actions and lack of cleanup
Board Member at Large: Randy Flynn
- Still have issues with receiving emails.
- Following up with Thomas about the email issue
Environmental: Dave Nachand
- Not present

Next Regular Board Meeting: Jun 7th, 2022 7:00PM, likely to be held virtually due to Covid-19 restrictions at normal meeting location. Normal meetings at the Fire Station to be conducted the first Tuesday of the month that follows, except in August and December when there will be no meeting.
